In set 2 of Three Epiphany Preludes, Hobby has composed an energetic setting of How Brightly Shines the Morning Star (WIE SCH N LEUCHTET), a march-like setting of Thy Strong Word (EBENEZER) with opt. timpani, and a reflective setting of I Love to Tell the Story (HANKEY). Although not specifically Epiphany hymns, the latter two are included because they are used with texts frequently suggested during the Epiphany season.
