Product Description

Symphony #3 (2nd Mvt) Composed by Johannes Brahms. Arranged by Vernon Leidig. For Full Orchestra. Published by Highland/Etling. (Catalog # 20798, UPC: 038081220789)

Symphony No. 3 was composed in 1883 and first performed that same year in Vien na. The second movement is a rather quiet Andante and one of the most lyrical works that Brahms ever composed. It is elegant and romantic in nature with two beautiful contrasting melodies. An ideal selection for teaching phrasing and legato playing.
