A joyous, soulful Christmas setting by Mark Hayes. The spirited, syncopated opening, "Sing gloria!" leads to a lyrical, contrasting B section with call and reponse between the women's and men's voices. Then, Mark ingeniously adapts the traditional carol, "Joy to the World," arranging it will all of theenergetic fervor of the opening. Modulating, ringing bells tones on "Sing! Sing! Sing!" mark the return of the original themes for a glorious finale.
