Product Description

Recorder Kit 1 Power Points/Notebook For Recorder. Published by Themes & Variations Inc. (Catalog # R1PPT)

The Recorder Resource Kit is a highly successful first year recorder program. The program includes 35 songs, sequenced carefully so that students become successful sight-readers and recorder players. We have just completed a PowerPoint edition of the songs and theory in the Recorder Resource Kit 1. There are 5 PowerPoints included:

  • All the songs and composer biographies that are in the Recorder Resource Kit 1 (all re-formatted to fit the screen)
  • Theory - 1 The mad minutes and answer keys from the Recorder Resource Kit 1
  • Theory - 2 Recorder theory quiz
  • Theory - 3 All About the Recorder, How to Name Notes, Counting Music, How to Care for the Recorder

All the songs are given using Kids Notes notation (all re-formatted to fit the screen). The PowerPoints are indexed so you can easily jump to any song that you want to practice or to any theory worksheet. We’re including the audio accompaniment tracks in the song PowerPoints.

The Recorder Resource Kit 1 PowerPoint Edition is the perfect complement to the Recorder Resource Kit for the thousands of teachers that already have and use the Recorder Resource Kit 1. If you don’t have the kit, the PPT can be used as the teacher resource in conjunction with student books for your students. Or you can order the Recorder Resource Kit with the PowerPoints.
