Product Description

Praise and Thanksgiving Set 6 Arranged by Michael Burkhardt. For Organ Folio. Published by Morning Star Music Publishers. (Catalog # MSM10-763, UPC: 688670107634)

Michael Burkhardt's "Praise and Thanksgiving" series has become a regular staple in the repertoire of many church organists. The series is known for it's combination of creative, yet accessible material. This installment features a playful treatment of "All Things Bright and Beautiful" (ROYAL OAK); a mixed meter setting of "New Songs of Celebration Render" (RENDEZ DIEU); a contrapuntal version of the Finnish folk tune NYT YL S SIELUNI, "Arise, My Soul, Arise!"; and a delightful version of the composer's original tune CREATION'S SONG, "Let All Creation Dance."
