O Sing We Joyfully Sing

Here we have another classic chorus presented by Patrick in a version for 3-part mixed voices. This setting from the Gluck opera "Iphigenie en Tauride",includes an optional Trumpet and solo part. Although the original work was a 4-act opera in French, Patrick has provided English text. This lovely piece features a descant on the last verse, to be sung by a soloist or a few sopranos.
