Ever since The Church Music Report's "Favorite Anthem Survey" began surveying music ministers over two decades ago, only one anthem has appeared every year at the top of their "All-time Favorite Anthems" list: Tom Fettke's "The Majesty and Glory of Your Name." This 2004 reissue of the worship favorite maintains the same pagination and measure numbers so that it may be freely mixed with previous editions in music libraries.
