Hymn Innovations For Organ and Piano Arranged by David H Hegarty. For Piano Organ Duet. Published by Lorenz Corporation. (Catalog # 70/1009, UPC: 000308018387)

We are pleased to announce the continuation of David Hegarty's series of hymn innovations - this time for organ and piano. While designed for congregational singing, a performance option suggests "instant anthems" by having the choir sing the hymn verses. Each hymn setting includes: Colorful introduction for both instruments; hymnal harmonization, emphasizing piano, with supporting organ accompaniment; hymnal harmonization with ornamental piano accompaniment; modulation for both instruments; free harmonization for both instruments; and an optional amen.
