Housetop Holiday Jam

Feature practically every section in the band with this rock-style version of Up on the Housetop, complete with optional drumset. After a brief lyrical opening featuring solo trumpet, drumset and a grooving bass line take over. A fun feature section takes the melody and spreads it out among various sections, each in a different key, while percussion is used to link everythingtogether. A great way to expose students to music written by one of their peers!
