Good Shepherd, The

This anthem beautifully highlights the memorable images in Psalm 23 using a unique conversation approach to communicate the message of the text. One vocalpart assumes the role of the Shepherd while the second part represents those who follow the Shepherd. Although the anthem is voiced for two-part choir, part-singing occurs only on the final chord making the piece quite accessible for unison choirs as well.
