All the creepy tricks have been pulled out for this take on Edgar Allan Poe's The Tell Tale Heart. Low tremolos, Sul Tasto, descending half steps plus optional harp glissandi and percussion (low tom-tom and slap stick) all add to the horror factor with a delicious touch of the macabre. Leave it to Alan Lee Silva, wth his film score experience and naturally creative ability to provide a perfectly crazed and manic program piece.
