A progressive set of exercises for handbell ringers which teach coordination, technical, dynamic sensitivity, handbell changing, and fast ringing. All techniques are taught in a rhythmic context through drills which use dotted rhythms, triplets, and a variety of standard, unusual, and mixed meters. Directors may use the exercises to teach specific rhythms, techniques or skills, or simply have their ringers progress through the method.
