An arrangement of the second movement of Handel's Concerto in F Major, Op 4 Set II #13, originally for organ and orchestra, which contained chirping sounds to be played on the organ's flute stops as birdsong elements to match the mood of an April evening. These elements have been written into soli parts for two violins and viola in this version to evoke the two birds of the title.
