Classical Guitar Pieces

This collection contains 50 pieces from the Renaissance through the Romantic period. Some folk tunes are also included. The two parallel forms of notation bring together the advantages of musical notation and tablature, making classical music more readily accessible to those who may have come to enjoy playing the guitar without a formal grounding in reading music. Each piece is introduced with a comment on the origin and special qualities of the music.
