Product Description

Christ The Lord Is Risen Composed by J S Bach. Arranged by Tom Fettke. For SATB. Published by Beckenhorst Press Inc. (Catalog # BP1813, UPC: 748769018132)

** Stanton’s Staff Selection - 2008 **

How great would it be to open your Easter morning service with a Bach fugue! Tom Fettke's setting of J.S. Bach's Sicut Locutus Est, though different, is worthy of the master himself. Fettke changed the text to "Christ the Lord is Risen, Hallelujah" and he wrote an organt part - though you may perform it a cappella. At 1 minute 40 seconds it would make a perfect Easter introit!
