The Jamey Aebersold Jazz Ensemble Collection (Volume 1) is a set of eight full arrangements that correlate with selected tracks from Jamey's play along Volumes #1 (Learning to Play Jazz), #2 (Nothin' But Blues) and #88 (Millennium Blues). Peter Blair had done all the arrangements and retained the exact form and solo structure as Jamey's recordings, so your students will be able to practice all the solos from these charts using JameyÆs play along tracks! The eight pieces in the collection are in contrasting styles, including modal blues, Latin grooves, 3/4 minor blues and more! The Conductor's Score includes a CD with full recordings of all the charts and the rhythm section parts are fully notated.
